Appointments are subject to practitioners’ availability and in the event of difficulties in fulfilling your appointment, Heaven Therapy will contact you in order to re-arrange a suitable date & time.

To fulfil your appointment request and avoid delays, Heaven Therapy requires accurate contact telephone number/s and email address for the recipient and the correct address including post code. Heaven Therapy cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Heaven Therapy and /or its’ practitioners reserve a right to decline massage bookings and / or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

Cancellations

Whilst we understand that some appointments need to be cancelled (sometimes at short notice), we request that 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment. Heaven Therapy reserves the right to charge 100% for non-cancellations or non-attendance of appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
