• Vouchers are issued by Heaven Therapy Holistic Therapy and are valid until the date shown on the voucher (usually 3-6 months from Date of Issue unless otherwise stated on voucher)
• Vouchers are only valid for redemption with Heaven Therapy at Tynemouth Treatment Rooms
• Vouchers are valid in part of full payment of a Heaven Therapy Treatment and cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or in part, have no cash value and are not refundable
• FHT association accept no responsibility for the redemption of vouchers
