Had an absolutely lovely Indian head massage and facial from Chelsea. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout, and left feeling really refreshed. She focused on using the right products on my (difficult!!) sensitive skin and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I would really recommend!!

The sixth and final Collagen facial, thrilled with the results and will be back for top- up treatments. Courtney took before and after photos and even though I could see the results she took time to explain and point out the areas of improvement. A relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and very professional staff, I highly recommend Heaven Therapy

Went for a sports massage with Michael, it was amazing! My legs were really sore and stiff from running and he really loosened it off. Will definitely go back and totally recommend him! Best massage I have had in ages!

I am having a series of Collagen Lift facial treatments with Caroline and am very impressed with the care she has taken in educating me about the process, explaining what she is doing while performing the treatments, as well as advising on pre- and post-treatment care. esterday was the second time I had a reflexology appointment at NHT, first time was with Holly and yesterday’s appointment was with Alanna, the spa director. I can’t put into words how helpful Alanna was, she asked questions about my issues, medical problems and offered advice. The reflexology treatment was out of this world, I am not one for being silent so yesterday was a first for me as I was so chilled and felt so relaxed and comfortable while undergoing the treatment. Yesterday’s appointment went way beyond therapy, Alanna offered helpful advice, support and kindness that was way above what you would expect from a therapist. Alanna was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Alanna took the time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed which was a bonus. I didn’t feel timed or rushed, I was made to feel like someone cared and wanted to help. I highly recommend and will be back for further treatments.

I had a fantastic sports massage with Michael, who really helped release tight muscles and gave me excellent advice on rehabilitation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and constantly checked in to make sure the pressure, areas treated, and overall experience suited me. I’ve already rebooked and recommended him to a friend, who’s also benefited from his expertise with an injury. Highly recommend his service!

Fantastic treatment with Caroline, half Indian head massage / half aromatherapy massage. She’s super experienced & professional, and excellent at what she does!

Very comfortable atmosphere, and this was down to Micheal's communication skills. I thought the session was value for money and with free advice and training program added in, free of charge was a bonus, when you need that guidance to improve your physical capabilities. I also liked the numerous parking options, as the lack of parking in some business, can cause lots of unnecessary problems.

Really good physio session from Michael, highly recommended.
