Spa Policy at Heaven Therapy Beauty Salon in Tyne & Wear, Newcastle

Time

We request clients to attend appointments on-time, not late or early. We do not have a seating area available

New clients are requested to attend no more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time, in order to complete the necessary paperwork. It is with regret, that due to busy clinic schedules, we cannot extend any treatment should you be late for an appointment. Treatment times are approximate and in the case of massage treatments, these do allow for consultations and changing times. If you are late for an appointment, treatments have to be adjusted accordingly to prevent our team from running over. Whilst we do our best to run on time, things can sometimes take a little longer so we apologise in advance if we are running late.

Hands

Please use the hand sanitizer on entry to our premises and feel free to use the stations and bottles visible to you

Face

Face coverings are no longer required unless preferred.  If you would prefer your therapist to wear one, please just ask.

Space

In order to ensure your safety and comfort, our work areas still only permit 1 therapist and 1 client at all times and our reception area remains out of use

Peace & Tranquility

Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain all conversations at a considerate volume in all areas and turn off your mobile phone. We kindly request that you do not bring children with you to your appointment.

Aftercare advice

After massage treatments, we advise clients to bring & drink plenty of water or herbal teas and recommend you take it easy. For all other treatments your therapist will advise on the best aftercare.

Cancellation Policy

Whilst we appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Appointments at Heaven Therapy are precious, therefore, please contact us within 24hours by telephone, email or text to cancel or re-arrange your appointment or a charge of 50% maybe payable. A 100% fee will be payable for any ‘no show’ appointments and we will insist on prepayment for future appointments. We send email and text reminders to clients 24hours prior in order to prompt you. We reserve the right to request prepayment or deposits in order to guarantee future appointment bookings.

In the case of a ‘No Show’, we reserve the right to deduct equivalent loyalty points, cancel any future appointments and request prepayment on any future bookings made.

Undergarment Policy

Required for both male and female clients. We reserve the right to refuse treatment for any breach of this policy.

Under 16’s

Parental consent is required in advance for any under 16s’ treatments. We offer regular polish to children aged 4-11 and gel poplish to clients aged 11+. Gel & Acrylic Extensions are available to over 16’s only.

Gift Vouchers

Valid for 6 months from date of issue unless otherwise shown.

Group Bookings & Pamper Packages

It is our policy to take a non-refundable 50% deposit for dual, group or pamper package bookings with a value in excess of £50.
