New clients are requested to attend 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time, in order to complete the necessary paperwork. It is with regret, that due to busy clinic schedules, we cannot extend any treatment should you be late for an appointment. Treatment times are approximate and in the case of massage treatments, these do allow for consultations and changing time.
Peace & Tranquillity
Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other spa guests and their right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all areas and turn off mobile phones
After treatments, we advise clients to drink plenty of water or herbal teas. It is recommended that you take it easy. If you require any further information, please consult your therapist
Whilst we appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Appointments at Heaven Therapy Beauty Salon in Cullercoats, are precious, therefore, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel by telephone or email your appointment or a charge of 50% may be payable.
A 100% fee will be payable for any ‘no-show’ appointments. We send email and text reminders to clients 24 hours prior in order to remind you of your appointment. Heaven Therapy reserve the right to charge a £5 booking fee per person to guarantee appointment bookings. We reserve the right to ask clients to pay for future appointments as a result of a no show or late cancellations.
Required for both male and female clients, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for any breach of this policy.
Parental consent is required for under 16’s for any treatment. We offer regular polish to children aged 4-11 and gel polish to clients aged 11+. Gel Extensions and Acrylic Nails are only available to over 16s.
Acrylic & Gel Nail Extensions
We do not remove or infill Acrylic or Gel Nail Extensions applied by other salons.
Heaven Therapy Gift vouchers are available to purchase online, by telephone or from reception & are valid for 6 months from date of issue. We accept all major credit & debit cards (including American Express) including Googlepay and Applepay online.
We accept payment by Gift Voucher, Cash, any Credit or Debit card including American Express, Contactless, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept cheques.
When paying with a plastic Gift Card – this must be presented. When paying with eVoucher – you must provide the voucher code, failure to do so will result in you being charged for your appointment.
Group Bookings & Pamper Packages
It is our policy to take a non-refundable 50% deposit for dual, group or pamper package bookings with a value in excess of £40.
