Key Responsibilities

As a member of our therapy team, you will:

  • Provide effective sports massage, soft tissue therapy, and physiotherapy treatments
  • Assess client injuries, pain patterns and mobility issues
  • Create personalised treatment plans tailored to individual goals
  • Offer guidance on rehabilitation, stretching and corrective exercises
  • Deliver exceptional client care and maintain accurate treatment notes
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote clinic services and uphold excellent professional standards

Essential Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for therapists who meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Physiotherapist, Sports Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist, or Soft Tissue Therapist
  • Level 3, Level 4 or Level 5 Sports Massage (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration (for Physiotherapists) desirable
  • Experience working with injuries, rehabilitation and sports-related conditions
  • Strong communication and client-care skills
  • Professional, reliable and friendly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in deep tissue massage, remedial massage or trigger point therapy
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention
  • Experience with chronic pain, postural issues or sports performance enhancement

Additional skills such as cupping, myofascial release, hot stone or pregnancy massage (not essential)
