Ask our team about adding a facial, scalp massage or another suitable treatment to your visit. Additional treatments are charged separately and depend on therapist availability. Reception will confirm eligible member discounts when you book.

How do I buy and start my membership?

Select your plan above, choose your exact membership start date on the product page and buy online. Your twelve-month membership begins on your chosen start date. Contact reception with your order number to confirm the member’s name and arrange your first appointment.

Is this paid monthly or annually?

These plans are designed for one annual payment, with one included massage per month for twelve months. There is no automatic renewal.

Can I share my membership?

Each membership is for one named member and treatments cannot be shared.

Can I use the discount with special offers?

The 10% discount applies to selected full-price treatments. It cannot be combined with offers, courses or packages.

What if I miss a month or cancel an appointment?

Appointment cancellations follow the salon’s booking policy. Please contact reception before purchasing if you require treatment rollover or have questions about cancellations, expiry or refunds.
