Full-Time | 35 hours per week | Level 3 Beauty Therapy Required

£24,000–£27,500+, including basic pay, commission and tips

Heaven Therapy is an established independent beauty and wellness business with a loyal client base and a team of therapists providing a wide range of treatments.

We support our therapists with ongoing training and opportunities to develop additional treatment skills. As your experience grows, there are opportunities to expand your treatment offering, increase your earning potential and progress within the business.

About The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week with an established client base.

You’ll provide a range of beauty and wellbeing treatments while building strong relationships with clients and delivering the professional, personal service they’re used to at Heaven Therapy.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, treatments may include:

• Massage and body treatments
• Facials and advanced skincare
• Waxing
• Manicures and pedicures
• Gel nails and BIAB, where qualified
• Brow and lash treatments
• Other specialist treatments following training

You don’t need to be experienced in every treatment we offer. We’re interested in finding the right person and supporting you as you develop your skills.

What We Are Looking For

You’ll ideally be Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified or hold an equivalent recognised qualification.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys looking after clients and providing great customer service
• Takes pride in their treatments and professional standards
• Is friendly, reliable and well organised
• Works well as part of a team
• Is keen to learn and develop new skills
• Can build good, lasting relationships with clients
• Is comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and homecare products
• Previous experience is an advantage, but we’re also happy to hear from therapists who are earlier in their career and have the right qualifications, attitude and willingness to learn.

Hours
Full-Time – 35 hours per week

The position includes a mixture of weekday and weekend working in line with the salon rota.
