We are looking for a passionate and skilled Spa, Beauty and Wellness Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments while providing exceptional customer care. You’ll be responsible for creating a relaxing, results-driven experience that supports our clients’ skincare, body, and wellbeing goals. Key Responsibilities✦ Beauty & Spa Treatments
- Deliver a variety of face and body treatments including facials, massage, waxing,and holistic therapies.
- Perform manicures, pedicures, lash/brow treatments, and other beauty services as qualified.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest professional standards.
✦ Client Care & Consultation - Carry out detailed consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalised treatments.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term wellness results.
- Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations.
✦ Wellness & Holistic Services - Offer stress-reducing treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, or other specialised therapies depending on training.
- Promote a wellness-focused approach in line with current trends and client expectations.
✦ Product Knowledge & Sales - Stay up to date on skincare and wellness product lines (e.g. Dermalogica, LVL)
- Confidently recommend retail products to support treatment results.
- Achieve performance targets
✦ Hygiene & Professionalism - Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised treatment rooms and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including infection control.
- Uphold the spa or clinic’s brand standards and professional ethics.
- Contribute to front of house daily tasks
Qualifications & Skills: - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
- At least 4 years of experience in a beauty/spa/wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of skincare, massage, and holistic wellness practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in retail product recommendation and sales
- Professional, warm, and client-focused attitude
