Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty treatments: facials, hot stone massage, deep tissue, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and brow/lash services.
• Provide personalised skincare advice and retail recommendations.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards across treatment rooms.
• Build strong client relationships and manage appointment follow-ups.

Person Specification

We welcome newly qualified therapists and experienced professionals. Typical requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude, punctuality and a passion for client care
