Covid Policy Update

Following the government’s recent announcement and the changes that are being brought in, face coverings will no longer be mandatory in shops, on public transport & in hair salons. The safety of our guests and team members remains our top priority and as a close contact service, we strongly recommend our clients continue to wear a face covering whilst in salon.

We have removed our nail bar screens but would recommend customers to wear a face covering whilst in salon. 

We will review our restrictions and policies regularly and keep you all well informed of any changes.

The “New Normal” at Heaven Therapy

Our clients’ safety and well being is always our top priority at Heaven Therapy. We’ve worked tirelessly to adhere to guidelines to offer you a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our Cullercoats salon in Tyne & Wear.

You can rest assured that the whole team are fully trained on the latest social distancing and hygiene rules and are working together to reassure you – as well as offering a first-class beauty service of course!

As with all businesses, we need to change the way we operate in order to provide a safe environment for all our clients and therapists.​

With that in mind, we would like to share our plan for what to expect when you visit our Whitley Bay Salon. We hope these measures reassure our clients that we will continue to take precautions to try and avoid staff and clients catching and spreading the Coronavirus.

Your safety is our top priority. We’ve kept our space squeaky clean and we’ve also had a further lick of paint while you’ve been away.  We’ll continue to thoroughly sanitise all stations and equipment before, during and after each appointment. 

Staff Testing. For your confidence, our team will be tested  every week to ensure a negative result before attending work.

We are continuing to stagger our appointments, therapist availability and re-organising our workstations. That way, we can minimise contact between each client and allow sufficient social distancing as often as possible.  This means a slight reduction in the number of available appointments.

Treatment times All treatment times include consultation and time for changing

Access to the Salon. We are allowing a limited number of clients in at any one time. Similar to other businesses, we are limiting the number of clients in reception to 1 at any one time.  This allows us to serve walk-in clients and sell products and gift vouchers. 

We would ask you to pay by Contactless Credit/Debit Card as often as possible. We would prefer you to either pay online for your appointment or by contactless to your therapist. The contactless limit is now set at £100

Please attend your appointment alone. As space is limited, please do not attend with anyone else (including children) or our team will turn you away.  Please also travel light and bring limited belongings into the salon.

Think before you book / attend your appointment. Are you high risk? Have you been self-isolating recently?  Is a close member of your family feeling unwell? Please do not book or cancel your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and fellow clients.

Our team will be wearing appropriate PPE. In order to protect our team, we are providing face masks/coverings & gloves. In addition, we will have  ‘sneeze’ screens at our reception desk.

Walk-ins will be accepted. But please remember Gift Cards & Vouchers and Dermalogica Products can be purchased online or by telephone with FREE UK postal delivery available.

Our Toilet/Washroom facilities are now available for use by clients.
