In line with the latest Government recommendations, we provide our clients with a COVID-safe experience including social distancing, enhanced salon hygiene, the wearing of masks or visors, and regular hand sanitising.

The Latest Update: September 2020
As you can imagine, these guidelines are regularly being updated by the Government so please rest assured that we also update our procedures at the same time. As of September 11th 2020, there are some new rules we need to make you aware of. These are:
Food & Drink
Food is NOT allowed to be consumed in the salon and clients are only allowed to remove their face mask or covering to take sips of their drink.
Track & Trace
Taking part in the NHS Track & Trace will be mandatory from 18th September 2020 which is why we have to keep a record of all our clients. When you visit, please help us by providing your name and contact phone number.
The “New Normal” at Heaven Therapy
Our clients’ safety and well being is always our top priority at Heaven Therapy. We’ve worked tirelessly to adhere to guidelines to offer you a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our Cullercoats salon in Tyne & Wear.
You can rest assured that the whole team are fully trained on the latest social distancing and hygiene rules and are working together to reassure you – as well as offering a first-class beauty service of course!
As with all businesses, we need to change the way we operate in order to provide a safe environment for all our clients and therapists.
With that in mind, we would like to share our plan for what to expect when you visit our Whitley Bay Salon. We hope these measures reassure our clients that we will continue to take precautions to try and avoid staff and clients catching and spreading the Coronavirus.
Your safety is our top priority. We’ve kept our space squeaky clean and we’ve also had a lick of paint while you’ve been away. We’ll continue to thoroughly sanitise all stations and equipment before, during and after each appointment.
We are staggering our appointments, therapist availability and re-organising our workstations. That way, we can minimise contact between each client and allow sufficient social distancing as often as possible. This means a slight reduction in the number of available appointments.
Treatment times All treatment times include consultation and time for changing
Please remain outside. Our team will check your temperature before calling you into the building when they are ready. Thank you for your understanding.
NO Price Increases! Unlike some other salons, we are NOT increasing our prices when we re-open.
Changing our Loyalty Scheme. In order to further limit contact, we are changing our loyalty scheme. Find out how our loyalty scheme is changing.
We would ask you to pay by Contactless Credit/Debit Card as often as possible. We would prefer you to either pay online for your appointment or by contactless to your therapist. The contactless limit is now set at £45
Please attend your appointment alone. As space is limited, please do not attend with anyone else (including children) or our team will turn you away.
Think before you book / attend your appointment. Are you high risk? Have you been self-isolating recently? Is a close member of your family feeling unwell? Please do not book or cancel your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and fellow clients.
Our team will be wearing appropriate PPE. In order to protect our team, we are providing face masks/coverings & gloves. We strongly advise clients to wear their own face covering. In addition, we will have ‘sneeze’ screens at our nail bars and reception desk.
No Walk-ins will be accepted during this time. Appointments must be booked online or by telephone. Gift Cards & Vouchers and Dermalogica Products can only be purchased online or by telephone with FREE UK postal delivery available.
Our Toilet/Washroom facilities are out of use for clients. Should you wish to use our washroom facilities, this will shorten your treatment length due to the necessity to clean.
