I have an unused Gift Voucher for Heaven Therapy, will I still be able to use it?
As a result of Covid-19 and our inability to trade, we are granting extensions to clients who have Gift Vouchers. The Expiry Date is clearly shown on your voucher, please use the below table and book within the terms as shown

Why are there restrictions on vouchers which expired before 13th July 2020?
We re-opened for business on 13th July until 5th November 2020, therefore were available to accept gift vouchers during this time. We also had extended vouchers last year until 30th September 2020.
My Voucher expired before 13th July 2020 but I can’t make a Monday to Wednesday appointment
As we have been closed for so long, we are sure you can appreciate that we are doing everything we can to accommodate clients with and without gift vouchers. We have extended our opening hours and have a late evening on a Wednesday in order to help
