Deep Tissue massage relieves severe muscular tension using special techniques to focus on muscles located below the surface muscles.Helps relax, recharge and re-energise, whilst tension melts away.

Indian Head Massage 45min appointment – £25

This is a gentle yet powerful massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp and face working with the body’s energy chakras.

Pregnancy Massage – 1hr Appointment – £37

Pregnancy massage consists of a personalised full body massage, plus a back or leg massage. We will use a variety of different massage techniques to help relieve discomfort, fulfil relaxation and maintain the well-being of the expectant mother and child. This in turn helps to increase blood and lymphatic flow during the massage.

esterday was the second time I had a reflexology appointment at NHT, first time was with Holly and yesterday’s appointment was with Alanna, the spa director. I can’t put into words how helpful Alanna was, she asked questions about my issues, medical problems and offered advice. The reflexology treatment was out of this world, I am not one for being silent so yesterday was a first for me as I was so chilled and felt so relaxed and comfortable while undergoing the treatment. Yesterday’s appointment went way beyond therapy, Alanna offered helpful advice, support and kindness that was way above what you would expect from a therapist. Alanna was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Alanna took the time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed which was a bonus. I didn’t feel timed or rushed, I was made to feel like someone cared and wanted to help. I highly recommend and will be back for further treatments.

Very comfortable atmosphere, and this was down to Micheal's communication skills. I thought the session was value for money and with free advice and training program added in, free of charge was a bonus, when you need that guidance to improve your physical capabilities. I also liked the numerous parking options, as the lack of parking in some business, can cause lots of unnecessary problems.

I had BIAB nails done at Heaven Therapy Beauty Salon. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The nail technician was so skilled and took the time to explain the benefits of BIAB, especially how it helps strengthen natural nails. I didn’t really know what to expect from a lymphatic drainage massage as I was unsure if it was going to be uncomfortable or not. I was so desperate to reduce the swelling in my calves and ankles. Jasmine was really lovely and explained everything to me and the movements were so relaxing I think I fell asleep a few times. I left feeling lighter and immediately could see a difference in my ankles! After care was clearly explained to me too and I booked my next appointment without hesitation.
