esterday was the second time I had a reflexology appointment at NHT, first time was with Holly and yesterday’s appointment was with Alanna, the spa director. I can’t put into words how helpful Alanna was, she asked questions about my issues, medical problems and offered advice. The reflexology treatment was out of this world, I am not one for being silent so yesterday was a first for me as I was so chilled and felt so relaxed and comfortable while undergoing the treatment. Yesterday’s appointment went way beyond therapy, Alanna offered helpful advice, support and kindness that was way above what you would expect from a therapist. Alanna was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Alanna took the time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed which was a bonus. I didn’t feel timed or rushed, I was made to feel like someone cared and wanted to help. I highly recommend and will be back for further treatments.
