Deep Tissue Massage 30min £25 or 60min appointment – £40

Deep Tissue massage relieves severe muscular tension using special techniques to focus on muscles located below the surface muscles.Helps relax, recharge and re-energise, whilst tension melts away.

Indian Head Massage 45min appointment – £25

This is a gentle yet powerful massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp and face working with the body’s energy chakras.

Pregnancy Massage – 1hr Appointment – £37

Pregnancy massage consists of a personalised full body massage, plus a back or leg massage. We will use a variety of different massage techniques to help relieve discomfort, fulfil relaxation and maintain the well-being of the expectant mother and child. This in turn helps to increase blood and lymphatic flow during the massage.

I didn’t really know what to expect from a lymphatic drainage massage as I was unsure if it was going to be uncomfortable or not. I was so desperate to reduce the swelling in my calves and ankles. Jasmine was really lovely and explained everything to me and the movements were so relaxing I think I fell asleep a few times. I left feeling lighter and immediately could see a difference in my ankles! After care was clearly explained to me too and I booked my next appointment without hesitation.

Heaven Therapy is one of only a few places that offer Lymphatic drainage massage, Courtney being a specialist in the technique. Yesterday I had a session that included reflexology with the massage and I was amazed at the difference it made to my feet, legs and general sense of wellbeing. The improvement is still noticeable today, so thank you Courtney, see you again soon. Courtney is a specialist in lymphatic drainage with reflexology. She creates an atmosphere of calm professionalism which put me completely at ease, explaining how the technique works, and reassuring me about my grumbly tummy.

I go to Heaven Therapy for all my treatments so was delighted to hear that I could now try Hopi Ear Candling. I booked in with Courtney, my go-to therapist and was not disappointed. This is a very relaxing treatment but with real benefits. I suffer from sinus congestion and get a lot of ear ache but have found in the days since I had the treatment that I am not as blocked up and a lot of the pressure I usually feel has gone. This is definitely a treatment to try. As always, Courtney was very professional, explained the procedure throughout and always made sure I was comfortable.
